With a variety of personalities on our team, we intentionally match you with the photographer who best connects with your vision. Once we’re official, we work closely with you to craft a personalized approach for your day, ensuring an incredible experience for everyone involved. We talk through your vision, timeline, family dynamics, other vendors, and anything else

We want to book you, but we don’t have all the details figured out yet. Can we still secure you?

Absolutely! We know there are a million details that come together for a wedding day, and we don’t expect you to have it all planned just yet. As long as you have your date and location set, we can send over a contract to secure your spot. You’ll have the flexibility to adjust timing, upgrade your package, and share other details as things come together.

How do we get our photos back?

Your full gallery will be delivered via email as a digital album, where you can download high-resolution images and easily share them with friends and family. The gallery is also linked to an online print shop for ordering professional prints. If you pre-purchased a physical album, it will be shipped to your preferred address within four weeks of ordering.

What is your turnaround time?

Weddings are typically returned in 6-8 weeks, though our contract allows up to 10 weeks in case of emergencies. Portrait sessions (engagements, family, etc.) take 2-4 weeks depending on the season.

 

How many images will we receive from our wedding?

Every wedding is unique, and we work with you to create a timeline that feels right. The number of images varies based on your coverage time, locations, and what matters most to you. Most couples book us for 8 hours, which typically results in 600–800 images.

Do you travel?

Yes! We love traveling — both for work and in our personal lives. We have worked with couples in California, Hawaii, Ireland, England, Texas, Florida, and beyond. Travel details and custom quotes will be discussed once we learn more about your plans.

Do we need two photographers?

It depends! We always recommend chatting with us beforehand to figure out what’s best for your day. Over half of our weddings are shot with one photographer, but if you’re planning a large wedding (300+ guests) or have multiple locations, we might suggest adding a second shooter to ensure we capture everything seamlessly. Our goal is to make sure you’re investing in what will serve you best!

Do you work with videographers?

Yes! We provide a recommended vendor list to all of our clients. We have an exclusive partnership with For all time films, a documentary videography team in the Midwest. We believe it’s key to hire a videographer who shares our approach to weddings—someone who helps capture your day in a way that feels natural and true to you. It’s all about working together to ensure the day feels real and NOT like a non-stop photo/video session. You can read more about our partnership with For all time films HERE.
